Reporting a Security Issue
When reporting a security issue, include enough information to help us understand and assess the issue efficiently:
- Affected account, environment, or workflow
- Date and time observed
- Steps to reproduce, if known
- Observed impact
- Screenshots, logs, or supporting detail
Please do not include passwords or other sensitive credentials in your report.
Account Protection
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and limiting access to authorized users only. If you believe an account has been compromised, report the issue promptly and take any immediate protective steps available to you.

Loon takes commercially reasonable measures intended to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its systems and services. If you need information about personal data processing, please review our privacy and data processing materials.
Responsible Disclosure
If you believe you have identified a vulnerability, please disclose it to us responsibly and refrain from exploiting the issue, accessing data that is not your own, or disrupting services.
