If you are unable to complete a billing or subscription action through the billing portal, contact support@loonbio.com for assistance.

Cancellation and Renewal

To cancel automatic renewal, use your account billing portal before your next renewal date. If you need support with the cancellation process, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the request with you.

Account Access

If you are having trouble accessing your account, resetting credentials, or receiving account-related communications, contact our support team. Include enough information for us to identify your account and understand the issue.

For security reasons, do not send sensitive credentials or passwords by email.
